The HoFH Genetic Testing program offers no-cost genetic testing through Ambry Genetics for US patients with a history of severely elevated LDL-C, to help confirm a diagnosis of homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). Testing uses Ambry's FHNext, a 4-gene panel (APOB, LDLR, PCSK9, LDLRAP1) collected via saliva. The program is sponsored by Regeneron and includes no-cost genetic counseling.
