Top-ranked for "sponsored testing"
For biopharma & diagnostic sponsors

Create the official hub for your sponsored testing program.

Replace scattered PDFs, hidden portals, and untrackable links with one trusted destination your field teams, MSLs, and partners can use everywhere—and finally see how providers engage.

One link for medical, field, access, and advocacy
Program pages designed specifically for providers
UTM-ready links + aggregate performance reporting
Searchable by disease, biomarker, and lab
How sponsors use this: update rep decks, congress materials, MSL emails and partner sites to all point to one program URL—then review aggregate impact centrally.
Why now

Sponsored testing is powerful—until nobody can find it.

Most programs live across a patchwork of microsites, PDFs, email attachments and lab-specific portals. Providers don't know which link is current. Field teams can't see what happens after they share information. Leadership can't measure real diagnostic demand.

  • No central "official" destination for your program.
  • Hard to coordinate across reps, MSLs, access & advocacy.
  • Limited visibility into aggregate provider engagement

We were sending six different links to providers.

Our oncology sponsor partners tell us the same story: multiple lab portals, outdated PDFs circulating in the field, and no single place to send providers that feels current and neutral. Your SponsoredTesting.com hub becomes that one, shared destination.

Use it in rep emails, MSL follow-up, congress QR codes, patient support materials, and advocacy sites—while reviewing aggregate channel engagement.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What kind of programs can be listed?

You can list:

  • Sponsored testing programs
  • Patient access programs
  • Companion diagnostic (CDx) initiatives
  • Clinical-trial information pages (linking to sponsor/registry pages)
  • Real-world evidence programs / post-market education pages

How long does it take to get a program live?

Once your information and participating lab partners are confirmed, most programs can go live within a short launch window (usually just a couple days).

Do I have to work with a specific lab?

No. Programs can include the lab(s) of your choice, and can support multi-lab configurations across regions or use cases. Participating labs are disclosed on the program page.

How is my program made discoverable to the right providers?

Programs are structured and indexed across key attributes like indication, biomarker, and therapy so they surface to providers with relevant patients. We don’t target by identifiable provider attributes.

Can I update my program after it launches?

Yes. Programs can be edited, paused, expanded, or adjusted over time to match availability or outreach priorities.

What kind of analytics do sponsors receive?

De-identified, aggregate metrics such as page views, outbound clicks, top referrers/UTM performance, and search exposure; geography reported at state/region level with small-cell suppression. No PHI/PII and no provider-level reporting.

If Casandra digital ordering is enabled, program-level aggregate order throughput can be reported via the lab’s workflow; PHI is processed by Casandra as the lab’s HIPAA BA.

Can I include assets and campaign links?

Yes. Programs can feature logos, messaging, eligibility details, PDFs, CTAs, and UTM tracking to support your broader campaign strategy.

Can my program be integrated into my existing sales or marketing materials?

Yes. Programs include a unique, trackable URL that can be used in emails, social posts, PDFs, field materials, or digital campaigns.

Is there a minimum length of time for a program?

You can run short-term pilots or long-term initiatives, depending on your goals.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on program type, visibility level, duration, and support needs. Tiered options are available. Add-ons (e.g., Casandra ordering) are priced separately.

Who manages the program after it launches?

Your team maintains strategic control, while the platform handles hosting, page structure, publishing workflow, and aggregate reporting.

Ordering occurs on participating labs’ systems; we don’t route or triage orders. (If enabled, Casandra provides EHR/API ordering using standard lab workflows.)

How do I start?
